Cameron calls news conference to address phone hacking scandal

David Cameron called a press conference today as his former communications chief faced arrest over the phone hacking scandal that led to the closure of the News of the World.

The scandal, and the British Prime Minister’s employment of former editor Andy Coulson, will dominate the event this morning.
