Four held after boy dies in flats fall
Four people have been arrested on suspicion of child neglect after a six-year-old boy died when he fell from a block of flats in Britain.
Police were called to reports that the youngster had plunged from the building in Lindsey Mount, Leeds at about 5.15pm yesterday.
He was taken to Leeds General Infirmary but died a short time later.
A spokesman for West Yorkshire Police said: “Four people have been arrested on suspicion of child neglect following the death of a six-year-old boy who fell from a block of flats.
“Two males, aged 57 and 36, and a 28-year-old female remain in police custody along with a 16-year-old female who was also arrested in connection with the same incident.”
