Man accused of Congresswoman shooting 'incompetent to stand trial'
The man accused of shooting US Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords in a shooting spree in Arizona has been ruled incompetent to stand trial.
A judge made the ruling against Jared Lee Loughner after he was removed from the hearing after he began shouting.
He will return to a federal hospital for a maximum period of four months.
Six people died and thirteen people were injured outside a supermarket in Tuscon in January.
