Record-breaker stands on pylon for 35 hours

An Israeli man has broken a world record by standing on a nine-story-high pylon for just over 35 hours.

Hezi Dean broke magician David Blaine's endurance record in Rabin Square, Tel Aviv by performing the stunt without food or a catheter.

Afterwards he said: "It was very hard. I want to tell you only one important sentence: Nothing stands in front of the will."

David last broke the record in New York in 2002 after standing on a pillar in Bryant Park for 35 hours.
