A gang member was convicted of murder in the US after police found a picture retelling the killing tattooed on his chest.
John Juarez, 23, was gunned down in an off-license in Pico Rivera near Los Angeles in 2004 and his murder was left a mystery.
However, in 2008 LAPD Sergeant Kevin Lloyd saw a mugshot of Anthony Garcia with the tattoo, which includes the words "Rivera Kills", referring to his gang Rivera 13.
Officers then posed as gang members in his jail cell and encouraged him to brag about the shooting.
Deputy district attorney Brock Lunsford said: "It's shocking to see someone was so audacious to put the crime scene on his chest."
