Man banned from standing naked at window

A British man has been barred from standing in front of his window naked.

Naturist Mark Benfold, 34, has been given the 10-year ban after he "unnerved" a schoolgirl and a number of passing women who walked by his full-length bedroom window and saw him standing in the nude.

The Ashford resident told a court that his actions were part of a sexual fantasy in which he hoped a woman would embark on an affair with him after they "liked what they saw".

He was sentenced to a 36-month community supervision and told to undergo a sex offender's treatment course.

Judge James O'Mahony reportedly told him: "Your unusual sexual gratification upset other people."
