American worker demands $2m compensation for having to commute

An American fashion worker is suing his employer for forcing him to make a "depressing" commute.

Style-obsessed Thomas Horodecki is so outraged that he was made to travel through New Jersey to visit retaliers for his job as manager of Elie Tahari's Saks Fifth Avenue store in New York, he is demanding $2m (€1.4m) compensation.
