Study: Juries more inclined to acquit spectacled suspects

A study in the US has shown that juries are less likely to convict defendants wearing glasses.

Criminal lawyers are even going as far as encouraging their clients to wear spectacles when going on trial because they believe it could make the difference between ‘guilty’ and ‘not guilty’.
