Self-proclaimed American 'king' refuses to pay for cigarettes

An American man refused to pay for cigarettes because he said he was royalty.

Joseph Lawrence Borowick grabbed a packet from a shop assistant in Warren, saying he didn’t need to hand over any cash because he was “the king”.
