Self-proclaimed American 'king' refuses to pay for cigarettes

An American man refused to pay for cigarettes because he said he was royalty.
Joseph Lawrence Borowick grabbed a packet from a shop assistant in Warren, saying he didnāt need to hand over any cash because he was āthe kingā.
He told the employee: āThe king doesnāt pay for cigarettesā before trying to punch him.
Police tasered the wannabe royal before arresting him. He has since been charged with unarmed robbery and resisting arrest.
