World's first tram sauna in Milan

The world's first tram sauna has opened in Milan.

Public transport designers say the carriage – which is located in a spa resort in North Italy – has all the features of an original vehicle, including a pitched roof and open window views but also comes complete with hot coals and benches and is no longer in operation.
