Iraq funeral bombing kills 15

At least 15 people have been killed and 29 wounded when a car bomb was detonated at a funeral in a mainly Shiite area of Baghdad.

It is the latest in more than a week of bombings that have killed nearly 200 people, raising concerns about a surge in violence as the US military prepares to withdraw from the country
