Two arrested for selling camel-shocking devices

Two men have been arrested by in Dubai for selling so-called “shock jockeys” - devices which give camels electric shocks to make them run faster in races.

Racing camels in the United Arab Emirates have been ridden by small vibrating robot “jockeys” after boy riders were banned several years ago following complaints by rights groups.
