Lawyer: Berlusconi prostitution investigation 'groundless'

Prosecutors are investigating whether Italian Premier Silvio Berlusconi had sex with an underage prostitute and then abused his power by trying to cover up the encounters.

His lawyer called the investigation “absurd and groundless”.
