An American couple ripped out their car’s rear seats to ferry round their miniature horse.

Jerry Miller and his wife Carolyn often astonish fellow motorists who see 15-year-old Rascal’s heading popping out the back window as they drive him all over Kansas so he can perform.

Rick Potter was one of the stunned drivers who saw Rascal being driven around in the car.

He said: “I cut hair for a living. I looked at that hair coming out of the car, and I said: ‘Gosh! That’s a lot of hair!’ ”
