Microsoft co-founder relaunches patent lawsuit against big guns

The co-founder of Microsoft has relaunched a patent lawsuit against Apple, Google and Facebook.

Paul Allen claims the tech firms are illegally using technology owned by his own company.

Interval Licensing says four of its patents, related to the way web data is sorted and presented, have been infringed by applications such as iTunes and Google's Android operating system.
