Russia: One dead, eight hurt in emergency jet landing

One person died and eight others were injured when a passenger jet with 155 people on board skidded off the runway at Moscow airport after all three of its engines failed, Russian news agencies said today.

The reports said the Soviet-built Dagestan Airlines Tu-154 was forced to make an emergency landing at Domodedovo Airport.
