Council move to ban Santa-style man from giving gifts

A secret Santa in Wales faces prosecution for littering.

The mystery individual, who signs himself The Woodland Santa, has been hanging gift-wrapped books and toys from trees in Pembrey country Park, near Llanelli, but council officials have now warned he could face court for fly-tipping.
