Gunman 'took hostages' at BMW Paris office

Police have subdued and taken into custody an armed employee of BMW France who allegedly took hostages at the firm’s offices in south west Paris, police said.

An elite unit in Montigny-le-Bretonneux helped free three hostages at the German carmaker’s site, a police official said.
