Afghan minister urges new war on terror networks

Afghanistan’s foreign minister warned the US, Nato and their allies today that they must look beyond his country and work to dismantle international militant networks if they wanted to win the war on terror.

Zalmai Rassoul told the annual ministerial meeting of the United Nations General Assembly that those groups were expanding their operations and attacks in the region.
