Police hold woman in connection with child deaths
A 41-year-old woman is being held by Dutch police on suspicion of killing three young children.
She was arrested after police received a tip-off.
A search of her shed in the southern town of Geleen turned up the first body last Tuesday. Police dogs found two more on Wednesday.
Prosecution spokesman Eugene Baak said today she would appear in court on September 14.
The case comes less than a month after a similar case in the northern Netherlands.
Police arrested a 25-year-old woman on suspicion of killing four of her babies shortly after birth, and hiding their bodies in her attic.
