Couple die after getting stuck in home lift

An elderly couple died in the US when they got stuck in a lift in their home.

Sherwood and Caroline Wadsworth, from St Simons Island, Georgia, in the US, found themselves trapped with no way to call for help as temperatures rose in the lift until they finally died from heat exhaustion.
