Six-year-old girl killed by tornado in Germany

A girl of six has died after a tree crushed a car during a rare tornado that ripped through eastern Germany.

Police in Dresden said the girl was taken to hospital late yesterday where she died of her injuries. Three other people in the village of Grossenhain were also injured.
