Miliband to launch Labour leadership campaign

David Miliband will officially launch his campaign for Labour leadership today in South Shields.

The former British Foreign Secretary will appeal to the idealism of the party's supporters.

He and his brother Ed are the only candidates to have put their names forward so far.
