Praise for quick-thinking passer-by who saved toddler from lagoon

Paramedics in the UK today praised the “swift” actions of a passer-by who saved the life of baby that fell into a lake on an afternoon walk with his mother.

The 15-month-old baby boy is recovering in hospital after slipping into the lagoon by a roadside in Liden, Swindon, England this afternoon.
