Two killed in Pakistan bomb blast

A bomb planted on a bicycle exploded as a police van passed by in the city of Quetta, killing at least two people and wounding 12 others.

A senior police official said the bomb was apparently detonated by remote control. The police van was badly damaged in today’s attack, but it was not immediately clear if any police officers were among the casualties.
