Fifty countries on tsunami alert as 122 die in quake
Over fifty countries around the world are on tsunami alert, after an earthquake measuring 8.8 hit Chile.
One hundred and twenty-two people are now confirmed dead.
The quake struck the country's second largest city Concepcion.
The Chilean president has declared a "state of catastrophe".
The Department of Foreign Affairs here has said it has not learned of any Irish victims.
