Court suspends Ukraine election result
A Ukrainian court today suspended the results of this month’s presidential election following an appeal by loser Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko.
The country’s Administrative Court said the result giving Viktor Yanukovych victory by just 3.5% would be put on hold pending a full hearing of the appeal by Ms Tymoshenko who claims the ballot was rigged.
