Afghan parliament rejects most of Karzai's choices for Cabinet

The Afghan parliament has rejected the majority of president Hamid Karzai's second list of cabinet choices in a new setback for the beleaguered leader.

MPs rejected 10 nominees for cabinet posts and approved only seven in today's vote.
