White House gatecrashers may face legal action

A couple of aspiring TV stars who gatecrashed a prestigious state dinner at the White House may face criminal charges.

Tareq and Michaele Salahi decked themselves out in full evening dress to rub shoulders with the great and good of US society.

They even posted pictures of themselves on Facebook meeting Vice President Joe Biden.

But the red-faced Security Service is now considering legal action.
