Report alleges Iraq war was planned by Blair

Former British Prime Minister Tony Blair is being accused of misleading Britain's politicians and the public before the war in Iraq.

Government documents leaked to The Sunday Telegraph allegedly show the conflict was being planned from early 2002 - without the knowledge of the UK's parliament.
