Storm kills 11 in Vietnam
Tropical Storm Mirinae brought severe flooding to parts of central Vietnam, killing at least 11 people, leaving two missing and forcing a number of families on to rooftops.
Officials say floods in Phu Yen province killed 10 people after the storm hit, drenching the region with heavy rains.
Several villages in neighbouring Binh Dinh province suffered the worst flooding in four decades after the Ha Thanh River surged over its banks.
One man drowned in Binh Dinh and two others were missing.
Mirinae hit the Philippines with typhoon strength during the weekend, killing 20 people before losing strength as it moved across the South China Sea toward Vietnam.
