A severely depressed young woman who stepped in front of a train left a suicide note complaining of how an anti-acne drug left her feeling physically aged, her family said today.

Angela Lee, 28, from Ilford, east London, who struggled with chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) for half her life, was prescribed with the drug Roaccutane six months before her death in October last year.
