A 40-stone US teenager who disappeared with his mother after she was accused of neglecting his health has been found with her at a laundry in Maryland.

A 40-stone US teenager who disappeared with his mother after she was accused of neglecting his health has been found with her at a laundry in Maryland.

Paramedics checked 14-year-old Alexander Draper before turning him over to the Maryland Department of Human Resources. Police said the two were found in Baltimore County.
