Colombia body swap offer

Colombia’s largest rebel group wants to exchange the remains of an official who died in its custody for those of two rebels.

The Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia said it will deliver the remains of police Major Julian Ernesto Guevara to his mother “at a time and place we will announce when the situation ... permits”.
