North Korean leader's health improves - report

North Korean leader Kim Jong Il’s health appears to have improved, according to South Korea’s spy chief.

Opposition politicians said spy chief Kim Sung-ho reported that his agency believes Kim “is not physically perfect”, but he said the National Intelligence Service believes the leader has no trouble running the country.
