Dubai beach-sex pair could face longer jail terms

Two Britons who had sex on a Dubai beach could face longer jail terms after prosecutors appealed the sentence, their defence lawyer said today.

Michelle Palmer, aged 36, of Oakham, Rutland, and Vince Acors, aged 34, of Bromley, south east London, were convicted at Dubai’s Court of First Instance earlier this month.
