Sudanese forces attack Darfur refugee camp

Sudanese government forces have attacked a Darfur refugee camp and killed civilians, according to reports received by the UN.

A UN statement issued today says Sudanese police vehicles surrounded the Kalma camp in southern Darfur. It says subsequent attacks reportedly caused “injuries and deaths of civilians”.
