Turkish terror groups stay silent over bombings

Confusion and blame today surrounded the identity of bombers who killed 17 people in a crowded Istanbul square.

The Turkish government suggested that Kurdish militants were the main suspects. The prime minister said it could be a reprisal for air raids on guerrilla positions in northern Iraq.
