Date set for Meredith Kercher trial decision

A court date has been set to decide if anyone will face trial over the murder of British student Meredith Kercher in Italy.

A judge is expected to rule on September 16 whether American Amanda Knox, 21; her former Italian boyfriend Raffaele Sollecito; and Rudy Hermann Guede from the Ivory Coast should be tried, Sollecito’s lawyer Luca Maori said today.
