Kabul death toll rises to 41

Forty-one people were killed today when a suicide car bomb exploded outside the Indian Embassy in Afghanistan’s capital.

The bomb detonated at the Kabul embassy entrance, knocking down a front wall and damaging two embassy vehicles, near where dozens of Afghan men queue every morning to apply for visas.
