Boy, 13, dies after parents tie him to tree as punishment

A couple whose 13-year-old son died after they left him tied to a tree for two days as punishment for disobeying them have been charged with murder.

Brice McMillan (aged 41) from Macclesfield, North Carolina, told police he forced his son to sleep outside tied to the tree on Tuesday.
