Mugabe 'rigging' fears over election recount

Zimbabwe will begin a recount of election votes in 23 constituencies today - most won by opposition candidates – amid fears of rigging by President Robert Mugabe.

Results released from the parliamentary election held alongside the presidential votes give control of the parliament to the opposition for the first time.
