South Africa: Three tourists killed in shark boat accident

Two Americans and one Norwegian have drowned off the Cape Town coast in South Africa when their boat was hit by a freak wave, tourism officials said today.

The dead men were among a group of 10 on a shark cage diving expedition. There were nine crew members.
