BA warns passengers face further delays at Terminal Five

British Airways faced further disruption at Heathrow’s new Terminal Five this week after a weekend which saw dozens of flights cancelled, hundreds of unhappy passengers and major problems with the infrastructure of the £4.3 billion (€5.4 billion) building.

A spokesman said the company was pleased it had not had to scrap any more of today’s flights on top of the 37 it announced earlier.
