British Airways faced further disruption at Heathrow’s new Terminal Five this week after a weekend which saw dozens of flights cancelled, hundreds of unhappy passengers and major problems with the infrastructure of the £4.3 billion (€5.4 billion) building.

British Airways boss Willie Walsh today vowed his company ’would not rest’ until Heathrow’s Terminal Five was working at a ’high standard’, as airport users continued to complain of delays and poor service.
