Ukraine gas dispute 'is settled'

The on-off gas row between Ukraine and Russia appeared to have settled down again tonight.

Russia’s state gas monopoly Gazprom said it was resuming normal supplies after a week in which in enforced swingeing cuts in the dispute supposedly over unpaid bills.
