Bird flu tests on wild swans in UK

A possible outbreak of avian influenza in wild swans is being investigated today.

A spokeswoman for the British Department of the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) said a possible case of a notifiable avian disease in Dorset was under examination.
