EU to rule out further change 'for many years'

The EU will rule out further institutional change “for many years”, British Prime Minister Gordon Brown said today as he welcomed agreement on the controversial reform treaty.

Mr Brown said the Union would set out its “new priorities” as he faced reporters hours after securing a deal he said preserved the UK’s “red lines”.
