Judge asked to seize Kate McCann's diary

Prosecutors in the Madeleine McCann case want to examine her mother’s private diary for clues, sources close to the investigation said today.

Police passed their 4,000-page dossier of evidence against Kate and Gerry McCann to Algarve-based public prosecutor Jose Cunha de Magalhaes e Meneses yesterday.
