Boy, 11, shot dead in Liverpool

An 11-year-old boy shot dead in a pub car park was today named by police as Rhys Jones.

The youngster is thought to have been playing football with two friends outside the Fir Tree pub in Croxteth, Liverpool, last night when he was shot by a teenager who rode past on a BMX bike.
